This is a research preview. Here is exactly what the survey keeps.

What we keep

Your survey answers, your general area (for example North Miami), whether it is in the area we are starting with, and the type of home. Your answers stay in your browser until you finish.

Your location

If you allow it, your browser shares your location once so we can find your area and look up the home type in public county records. We never store or share your exact location.

Your phone number

Only if you choose to leave it. We use it to text you once and set up a short call about this research. No marketing. Reply STOP anytime.

How we measure the page

We count which screens people reach so we can make the survey shorter and clearer. Those counts never include your phone number or anything you type.
